At 8:15pm, the bike was secured by its rear wheel with an extended OnGuard U-lock to a circular steel bike parking rack on the southwest corner of the intersection of Fell St & Van Ness Ave. By 11:30pm, it was stolen. The disfigured U-lock was left at the site.
