Description of the theft
This is my nephew's bike.
Bike pictured is a similar bike. Actual bike has flip and chop handlebars, silver planet bike fenders, front Wald basket.
His backpack was stolen while he and the Grant High band were off loading instruments after graduation ceremonies. The backpack was recovered by the school administration the following morning, keys missing. Seems likely keys used to unlock and steal the bike.
