Description of the theft
The cable of the U-lock binding the frame was cut and the frame was removed from the front wheel. The front wheel along with the U-lock were left at the scene in the northeast part of MSU Lot 89 located at the corner of Mt Hope Rd and Farm Ln west of the MSU Federal Credit Union. Everything except for the front wheel and U-lock was stolen. The bike was last seen November 6th at 12:30pm and was discovered as stolen on November 7th at 10:00am.
