Description of the theft
I locked the bike to a city-provided bike lock stand around 10:30am outside of Century Shopping Centre at 2828 N Clark St. in Chicago, IL. I confirmed the bike lock was locked and scrambled, and then armed an alarm system that would go off if the bike was tampered with. Approximately 1hr30m later, I returned to the location and the lock was sawed (presumably) in half and the bike was gone.
