Bicycle detail

My Viribus 700C Cruiser Bike (whtie) was stolen from the Basement Level Bike Room between Dec-31 at 2:54 pm and Jan-1 at 6:20 am. The bike room is locked with a digital lock and only residents with the digital key smartphone app can unlock the door. My bike was securely locked to the bike rack by using an NDakter 5-digit combination heavy duty anti theft bicycle chain lock (black). I made sure the door was locked on my way out. Yet, my bike together with the lock were stolen. The building has security cameras in the vicinity, which likely captured the incident. I filed a police report and am waiting to receive a case number.
