Description of the theft
Caffe Umbria at NW 12th Ave & NW Everett - in front of the caffe. Just used my helmet to lock the wheel to the frame. Both myself and many friends have done this in front of Caffe Umbria. Bike Theives have apparently figured this out! I obviously should have properly locked it.
