Description of the theft
Lock cut and bike stolen from outside 2601 Tulane Ave. Hybrid 7-speed, flat handlebars. Frame had stickers warning it could be a bait bike and advertising it as registered with Tulane campus police (will update with serial from them if possible). Also had green EL wire attached to frame for nighttime illumination, though this could be very easily removed. Looks more or less like the photo but without rear rack.
