Description of the theft
visited ITU Elite Race Sat, Sept 19 after my race. Bike was on rack in underground Standard Parking Lot, Lower Level 3; Bike was alone between hours of 1pm and 8pm. Returned to car and bike was gone from rack, my racing number sticker was torn off and thrown to ground; immediately went to guard in lobby of Coast Apts above parking garage; reported theft to police.
