Description of the theft
Police saw it on surveillance tape but won't tell me how they broke lock or let me see the video. This was between 10:30 and 11 am. They took the helmet also and left their bike behind. Yes, i have proof of ownership- my receipt. The video surveillance company won't let me see the video either, because they protect the criminal, not the victim!
