Description of the theft
Lock was defeated on new Thule Hitch-mounted Swing Rack, Lock was twisted until it failed at the key-lock side. An unused Red 140mm ABUS U-Lock was attached to the frame when the bike was stolen, could still be attached. Theft occurred in concert parking lot with lots of people around.
