Description of the theft
My bike was locked at the Old Town train station. I locked it to the bike rack near the intersection of Taylor & Congress just behind the station building. The rack has concrete bases to place your wheel and a large, horizontal bar. I used a coiled cable combo lock, through the frame and front wheel, to lock my bike. It was stolen between 6-9pm.
