Bicycle detail

After a family violence incident- my spouse physically attacked his adult sister in front of me at her home- I stayed away from my apt I'm solely on the lease for where he's living now. My bike was locked with permission to the building hallway spiral staircase, indoors but down the hall outside of my apt. He texted me the first night I stayed away that my bike & lock & helmet were gone. He left the building for 2 days after without notifying me. I went to the building, while he was still gone. I could see a bolt had been recently undone/re-done on the staircase. He'd also changed my apt door lock without notifying me or my landlord. My spouse texted two days later that he changed the lock back and that he'd brought my bike into my apt. After work this evening, I went into my apt for the first time in 2 months. This and another bike are gone. I was a bike messenger for 23 years, I used both of these since 2004. I miss riding!!! My heart's broken. Yes, we're divorcing.
