Description of the theft
We parked in the parkade west of the Varscona Hotel where we spent the night, not understanding we should have told them on checking in that we needed to park in the secure area. We were confused because we called the day before we arrived and were told our bikes would be safe in a secure area. Because we didn't mention the bikes upon checking in, we were directed to the public parking levels of the parkade. Expensive misunderstanding!
