Description of the theft
On Thursday, March 23, 2023, I secured my bicycle with helmet and 2 lights to the bike rack in front of the Target / Trader Joe's at the USC Village and went to play hide-n-seek with my daughter at 4pm PT. When I returned at 4:30pm PT, the bike was stolen from the rack, along with the helmet and lights that were attached to it. I asked the security guard if they had seen anyone take it and they had not.
