Description of the theft
I am a student at CU Boulder living at Williams Village East, on September 4 at around 4:40 pm I was riding back from my class on the main campus and I parked my bike on the east side of the Williams Village East building in a covered bike storage area. I locked up both the wheels and frame. When I was going to my class on September 5 at around 12:00 pm the bike was gone from where I had left it.
