Description of the theft
The mountain bike was mounted on a metal wall mounted bike rack in my parking stall #606 on the 6th floor of a secure parking garage of my condo building accessible to residents only. The bike was secured by a steel cable looped around the metal mountain rack and the metal guardrails of the parking stall and locked to a second bike. A bike bag with bike tools in them, and a bike headlight, are missing from the second bicycle. The second bicycle was left behind. The steel cable used to secure the mountain bike is missing as well.
