Description of the theft
Thieves stole 2 bikes by cutting my braided wire bike cord off my car carrier. They also got my wife's Giant intrigue bike today around 4:45pm. Short, skinny, brown haired white man, 5'5" and taller blond man, skinny, 6', noted at the scene. Taller man noted to be riding off on bike. Any info would be super appreciated.
