Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from bike rack in secure garage at The Sitka Apartments on NW 12th and Northrup . One lock was cut and the rear wheel was released and left with the second lock and left attached to the bike rack. There are at least 10 other bikes missing from the bike rack and all that is left of the bike next to mine is the frame and the cut lock. Several bikes are missing tires. Reward: yes
