Bike locked at hospital ambulance entrance at bike rack with 2 folding ebike locks. One to rack and other lock thru back tire. Opon review of security tape security said they saw someone with a mask on cut the one lock put my ebike on his shoulder and rode off with it riding his own bike down the hill.
