Description of the theft
Bike locked to a bike rack on the Grove St. side of the SF Main library around 6 PM. When I came out of the library at 7 PM, the bike, bike lock and attached helmet were all gone. Note: I had removed the computer control box when I locked the bike, so the ebike capability cannot work without a replacement control box.
