Description of the theft
Large cargo bike was locked at covered bike rack near Burke Gilman Trail and Stevens Court on University of Washington campus. Used for commuting toddler to/from school, and had large infant carseat mounted in front box and rain cover (very unique bike). Bike was locked up at 8:30am and found missing at 4:30pm.
