Description of the theft
at 530am, 2 men entered our gated complex (likely walked right in because our neighbors always leave the doors wide open), lifted the tarp our 2 bikes were under, cut the lock and stole both bikes. A week prior, we have video footage of one of the men coming into our complex and scoping out the bikes. We have video footage of both occurrences.
