Bicycle detail

We left 2 bikes locked up on bike rack at Lovecraft restaurant over night and cameras show several drug addict looking adults involved and riding westbound with them. It also had a cup holder covered in sequined chrome and burlap, blue basket wire wrapped onto the bike decorated with sequined chrome and my mini blue AZ license plate with my name on it “KARI” ZIP TIED to the blue basket. It also had a metal water bottle holder under the seat which was custom, custom handlebars that were wider than the original bars and seven speeds with handle bar brakes, usb chargeable electric brake lights, pink bell on handle bars w/cocktail icon, cell phone holding attachment on handle bars
