Bicycle detail

Returned from a bike ride at about 6:00 pm Sunday evening. Locked the bikes to our bike rack (Kuat brand) on the back of our car. We were visiting a resident in a building at the same intersection. We went inside the apartment building to retrieve more belongings and by the time we came back at 6:30 p.m. (total time away from the bikes was less than half an hour), the bikes were gone and the clipped cable lock was on the ground. We drove around the immediate blocks closest to the incident and never saw a sign of the bikes or people who stole them.
