Description of the theft
Locked my bike at the San Rafael Transit Center on 3rd & Hetherton in the middle platform right next to the Security stand on 7/17/16 and when I returned on 7/18/16 @ 3PM the only thing left was my front wheel and u-lock. The rear tire was locked to the frame so whoever took it had to carry it away. The place has surveillance and heavy foot traffic so I thought it was safe. Was informed by a security officer that there have been high activity for bike theft in the area lately.
