Bicycle detail

I parked my bike at one of the bike rake on Embarcadero between Folsom and Harrison that afternoon to attend a meeting at Google SF. I finished and left the meeting at around 2 and I walk past the spot I parked my bike to get something to eat, my bike was still there. But when I return at around 2:30, I saw the bike is gone, with the helmet left at the scene and the u-lock was cut (the cut was still really hot, so it must have been taken moment before I returned). I believe the thief drove off with my bike along the Embarcadero toward Oracle Park.
