Description of the theft
I locked up my bike at the covered bike rack in front of Lillis Business Complex around 9:50am and when I came back at around 8:50pm, it was gone. I think I had accidentally locked the U-lock around only the frame of the bike and not the bike rack, so all the thief had to do was cut the cable and take the bike with the U-lock still intact.
