Description of the theft
My daughter left her brand new black bike and my 25 year old Mens Red "Wheeler" bike out in front of A.C. Moore at Fair City Mall. She watched it while they were inside, the few minutes she couldn't see the bikes while she paid my Red bike, that was behind the new one, was stolen. It has a black cable lock (missing keys) secured around the fork and frame. I just had all the parts replaced for $400... instead of buying a new one... ugh.
