Description of the theft
Had my bike locked to a bike rack between the hours of 4-7pm . I came out of my workspace to find it gone . It had a teal colored u lock with a chrome basket that has a a black leather letter T on the front along with other leather goods such as custom black mud flaps and a leather top tube cover.
