Stolen bike and U-lock. Last seen 1AM on 10/26. Noticed it was missing 12PM on the same day. Bike was parked and locked to a rack in front of the East Pepper Canyon Village ResLife office. Bike has gray duct tape on the frame around the top bar, and on the front fender connecting the supports to it.
