Description of the theft
I went to class around 7:50 am in the Plant Biology building at MSU. I locked my bike right in front of the building where I usually do which happens to be right in front of the main lobby so the bike rack is visible to almost anyone inside. I came out of class around 11:00 am and found that the bike was missing. I then made a report to the campus police.
