Bicycle detail

Three 13 year old boys went to 7-Eleven Sunday July 7th at 4pm. While my son and one friend went into the store to buy candy, the other friend manned my son's bike. While in front of the store, a man approached this friend and began yelling at him and "tricked" the friend into leaving his post manning the bike, to go inside. Then he rode off with the bike. Three days later the bike was spotted with a homeless man, close to 50, 5'11" with the bike. We phoned 911 and the police never came. He was last spotted in the Congress Park area of Denver on the bike, after riding from Glendale through Cherry Creek North.
