Locked bicycle with rear pannier rack and 2 white bike buckets attached stolen from in front a shop. Bike was newly tuned and refurbished- new tires, chain, brakes, front axel, fenders, handle grips, saddle. Frame is silver but had pink spray paint. Bike gallery sticker.
