Description of the theft
Let a white guy named Jason Engert use it but he hasn't returned it after I asked for it multiple times. Tried to make arrangements. He seems downtrodden. He commonly wears a black jacket. Gray and white facial hair. Square face. Skinny. If you see him riding it, please take a picture and text it to me with the location. Not involving the police because I'm trying to have good faith. It's possible the bike was modified.
