Bike was stolen out of a locked housing complex at the corner of Oak and Burdette Street in uptown New Orleans. Gate codes were just changed that morning. U-Lock was still attached to the handlebars. The bike has a green Tulane bike registration sticker on the frame and has orange highlights.
