Bicycle detail

I had my bike chained up outside of my place of business. The bike was stolen between 2 and 4 o'clock and was cut from its chain. Had a bike light on the front and back. Has a large schwinn logo on the frame. Bike is practically brand new and has drop handle bars. Even has a slight creaking sound when riding, and when switching from one of the larger gears, the chain sometimes slips off the gears, forcing the rider to get off the bike and reset the chain. So if you see someone on the side of the road fixing the chain on this bike, there is a good possibility it's mine. Thank you Portland bike community.
