Description of the theft
My bike along with my wife's bike was double locked to a bike rack near the refreshment stand across the street from the entrance to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. We were in the museum from 11:30 to 1:30 and when we came out both locks had been cut with my bike stolen.
