Description of the theft
Stolen off of a hitch rack in front of Victors 1959 Cafe. Front wheel was u-locked to the frame and is missing with the bike. Thief unhooked the rack and took the bike, likely by vehicle as it wasn't rideable with the u-lock and there is no evidence that they cut it.
