Bicycle detail

After work, went to a nearby Target attached to Metreon (address 789 Mission St.) to do a quick grocery shopping. I locked my bike with my cable lock to a grounded bike lock, right in front of the La Boulange pastry shop at approximately 6:15pm 07/27. When I came back to get my bike in 15 minutes, the lock was cut off and the bike was missing. I called the Metreon security team right away for help but they weren't able to help me much further than telling me to file a police report. I took photos of the scene, but I couldn't locate a suspect at the time.
