Description of the theft
On February 3, 2024, at approximately 4:40 PM, I visited the Nijiya Market located on Sawtelle Boulevard for grocery shopping. I secured my bicycle outside the establishment, in the hallway, using a lock. Upon returning at about 5:10 PM, I discovered that my bicycle was missing, and the lock had been forcibly CUT.
