Description of the theft
My bike and my fiance's bike were locked to a bike rack with a U-lock through the frames and rack, and a cable through the wheels. The lock was cut with a bolt cutter, but only a small piece of the lock remained at the site. My fiance's bike and the cable lock were also left at the scene.
