Description of the theft
I had my bike (Kona Sutra LTD) locked up at the apartment complex at the corner of Marine and 19th St, using a Kryptonite New York LS lock which was put through the front tire, frame, and bike rack. I attached a picture of where the bike was locked up. The lock is very good and supposed to be very secure, but today I went to retrieve my bike and the bike (with lock) were both gone.
