Description of the theft
it was locked up in the bike rack just west of the Berkeley marina maintenance building
all original small tube steal 23" men's frame w/ 27'' wheels, rusty chrome forks, 5 speed w/ small chain ring (front sprocket), newer Schwinn seat with Schwinn gel cover permanently cabled to the frame, aluminium rear bracket with two black fold out shopping bag baskets, large front basket with brackets replaced with clothes hanger wire, full brown fenders, kick stand tied up and unusable.
