Bicycle detail

(photo of guy riding out of the garage is the thief stealing the bike) The bike was parked Infront of our designated parking spot in our building in front of our car along with two other bikes. Since I regularly use this bike to commute with my daughter it was not locked up as the other two bikes were and our garage is secured with rules in place for monitoring the entrance gate. Our building is reviewing the footage as there is a security camera that has a direct view of our parking spot and the bikes. Sometime between when I took my daughter to school Tuesday September 7th and today, September 10th at 11am my bike was stolen. Whoever stole it left behind a device that looks like it moves windows/glass, so I'm unsure if they used that to try to get into other people's cars. I left that device with our front desk when I notified them of the incident at 11:10am today. They also stole my daughter’s pink Thousand Jr. Bike Helmet - Kids', with stickers on it.
