Description of the theft
Parked my ebike against a handicap sign metal pole in front of The Salvation Army Family Store. It was cable locked thru the seat and frame of the ebike around the pole. As I entered the store, I noticed a blue SUV with white top reverse into the handicapped parking space. I did not think anything of it. I only now notice, no other vehicles reverse into their parking spaces. I returned after my purchases and notice my eBike is gone and parts of the lock is on the ground. I asked several
persons in the area. They did not witness anything. I asked the store and they said they do not have CCTV that covers the parking lot.
