Description of the theft
Locked bike to stop sign on corner. When I returned the bike was gone and lock was cut, left on the ground. Bike is a blue Giant with red rubber handlebars, black rack/black crate attached with zip ties. Stickers including Ajax bike shop in CO, International Dance Festival, New Orleans Food Coop. Helmet was inside the crate.
