Description of the theft
Theft occurred on the night of 10/21/15 behind the K wing of UW Health Sciences Building. The bike was locked with a Kryptonite U-lock, but the inverted U bike rack was cut with what appears to be a Sawzall and the lock was slipped up and through the rack.
