Description of the theft
At 8:30 PM, the bike was locked to the post of a street cleaning sign with a 4-foot steel cable threaded through the wheels locked with a 7-inch Kryptonite Messenger U-Lock securing the frame to the post. Sometime between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM, the thief cut the U-Lock and stole the bicycle.
