Description of the theft
Bike was parked in garage unlocked but garage door somehow opened late at night (we believe our tenant accidentally pressed his garage door opener without knowing since this happened minutes after he returned home) and somebody walked by about 2 hrs later and took the bike. It was all captured on our home security cameras.
