Bicycle detail

6 o'clock in the late afternoon and I stepped out my porch facing North and Duels to unfortunately see an African American male of slim build and dreads leaving my driveway and bike against the traffic heading to Florida. I saw that my helmet was where I left it in the mounted Abita green water basket on the rear fender. Underneath the helmet was a small down blue blanket and two separate pillow cases. May have left a black dog leash adorned with colorful peace symbols as my dog would ride in the basket. Also in the basket was a ULock, but no key
